Help to build the resiliency and social-emotional skills of very young children while helping to strengthen their families. Co-teach in a therapeutic early childhood classroom, supporting ages 6 weeks through 5 years old. Conduct weekly to monthly home visits to all families on caseload, providing parent education. Assist families in setting goals for their children and their families, as well as connecting them to available resources. Work with our program team to organize and provide additional services, such as door-to-door transportation for children in the therapeutic classroom, family fun events, and parent education group classes.
